DASH Treatment of Eurasian Water Milfoil Approved

According to Joan Carter, treasurer of the Long Lake District, on Saturday, July 13, 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) approved our application for a permit to use Diver-Assisted Suction Harvesting (DASH) to treat problem areas of milfoil on Long Lake. Beginning July 15, Aquatic Plant Management will be on Long Lake with their boat performing diver assisted suction harvesting of milfoil. Please stay at least 200 feet away from their boat.
